Shipping, Cancellations & Refund Policies

Shipping & Delivery Period
We ship nationwide and worldwide.

We offer Free Domestic & International Shipping:
Free Nationwide Standard Shipping within INDIA.
International Free Shipping will be done through Registered Air Mail via India Post (No Tracking).

Express International Shipping
International Express Shipping - US$35 for accessories and US$75 for fabrics (FedEx/ Aramex / Speed Post).

Manufacture Period
Almost all our products are ‘made to order’ and hence needs manufacturing time. Please allow us a minimum of 15-21 business days for accessories, 60 business days for bulk lining fabrics and 90 business days for name woven suit fabrics. Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you a tracking number on your registered email address.

We ship personalized orders in 15-90 Working Days - These are the days between Monday through Friday, and do not include public holidays and weekends. Our factory weekly off is on Saturday and Sunday.

POST Box Address
we do not ship at Post Box address, for shipping address we will not be accepted PO Box address

Nijeekrt Policies
Security and Privacy Policy at Nijeekrt
We accept only online orders placed on our website or at our re-sellers website. We don’t accept through fax, email or phone and hence shall not be considered.
At Nijeekrt, we understand that your security and privacy is important. We give highest priority to this aspect and thereby ensure that your information pertaining to your personal information and payment transactions are completely secured with us and that there is no breach of your privacy.

Cancellations or Changes:

Orders once placed can’t be cancelled after 24 hours from date/time of purchase. Full refund will be initiated for cancelled orders after 24 hours and amount will be reflected in customer’s bank account in next 3-5 working days.

Any modification / customization of online orders, we can accepted within first 24 hours of date/time of purchase only.



We do not have refund policy as we manufactures custom-made orders based on customers requirement and approval, so customer cannot request for refund.

Nijeekrt does not take any responsibility for items gone missing or lost during the transit. Nijeekrt reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at anytime without any notice.


Import Tax 
High value orders might incur import taxes and fees as applicable in your country.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; Customers are requested to contact their local customs office for more information.

3D Display & Product Renders
3D display on the website is aimed to provide better visualisation only. Actual designs / product may differ. 

Full mirror polish on all the designs is not always possible. Some hard to reach places may remain unpolished and hence we do not provide guarantee on full polish.
Most Jewellery images on are 3D renders and should be taken at face value. However, we do ensure all designs come close to the images on our site.

Ring Sizes & Chain Length
Please ensure you specify the correct ring size and chain length while placing your order. Refunds are not applicable for orders with errors in size.

Profanity and Obscene Language
Nijeekrt reserves the right to reject any order for customised item if it deems to be offensive or inappropriate. A full refund can be obtained in such cases.
